Descrição

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI • Identify new business opportunities where conversational AI can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends • Demonstrate expertise in or learn about conversational AI and how voice technology can create value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and other applications • Partner with organizations to help generate new experiences and monetization opportunities at scale • Contribute to ElevenLabs’ revenue goals

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company • Ideally, exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment • Expertise in or willingness to learn about voice and audio AI and how ElevenLabs’ solutions help prospects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Customer- and product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction and scale • Fluency in English and Spanish • Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances
