Descrição

• Oversee and direct operational objectives for clinical research patient enrollment • Lead a team of recruiters to ensure recruitment of clinical trial patients • Attend health fairs and support local company branding • Manage typically 3–5 recruitment and retention projects • Lead internal marketing team members to meet project milestones • Delegate projects and tasks based on deliverables and team utilization • Participate in internal project kick-off meetings • Maintain knowledge of clinical research studies, diagnoses, medical terminology, protocols, and exclusions • Coordinate activities and deliverables of study team members • Provide courteous and efficient service to patients, potential subjects, physicians, sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders • Develop recruitment and retention strategies based on protocols, advertisements, and collaborating physicians • Manage recruitment activities for enrolling protocols • Create and lead marketing campaigns for clinical studies • Coordinate media buys and other advertising tactics with vendors • Analyze patient recruitment trends and adjust campaigns • Develop content and scripts for patient recruitment and outreach • Track, report, and analyze marketing and advertising metrics related to recruitment and enrollment • Collaborate with sites to assist in clinical trial participant enrollment • Manage recruiter and patient outreach operations • Monitor efficiency and maintain appropriate utilization rates • Update internal reporting and project management tracking systems • Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching and feedback • Assess employee performance and identify improvement areas • Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company and departmental objectives • Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met • Recommend new employees to TalentServices based on performance assessments • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and partner with TalentServices on disciplinary actions when needed

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience working with EMRs preferred • BA in a related field • 5–10 years of managerial experience • Experience with clinical trial management systems • Proven expertise executing project plans, timelines, and budgets • Ability to travel as needed • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, and web applications • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to engage effectively with people • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing responsibilities and workloads • Professionalism, urgency, self-motivation, and strong work ethic • High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines • Ability to work with functional groups and employees at different levels • Proactive and timely follow-up skills • Ability to organize timelines and follow up with stakeholder needs • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Self-motivated ability to complete tasks independently and collaborate on solutions • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and federal research regulations • Familiarity with clinical trial terminology and practices • Ability to manage multiple tasks, evaluate unpredictable scenarios, and achieve project timelines while applying study protocols • Strong computer skills, including CTMS, EDMS, Excel, and Word • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, project management software, and NetSuite preferred • BA in a related field • Understanding or experience with patient recruitment campaigns in a clinical research setting preferred • Up to 20% travel may be required • Ability to work weeks that may exceed 40 hours when business needs require
