Descrição

• Collaborate with Envoy Global team members and affiliated law firm staff • Provide clients with overall global policy and expansion strategy • Identify and pursue opportunities to incorporate additional facets into the company engagement • Provide global immigration knowledge, recommendations, and service • Partner with Knowledge Management and Marketing teams • Lead, motivate, and manage account managers to achieve goals • Deliver and maintain an excellent level of client/customer service • Conduct client check-ins frequently • Serve as the strategic point of contact for assigned client accounts • Provide updates to Envoy Leadership on health of accounts • Act as the escalatory contact for client accounts • Provide client pricing schedules and contracts

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of experience working in a client relationship role • 4+ Years in Corporate/Business Immigration • 1+ Years Managing/Supervising team members • Team or people leading experience preferred • Excellent relationship skills • Ability to synthesize information and data originating from multiple sources • Strong time management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Value collaboration and teamwork, but also can work independently • Ability to work in a team environment and influence others
