Descrição

• Oversee end-to-end client case management, including tracking, prioritization, status communication, and documentation across multiple systems • Support year-end tax form processing by validating, formatting, quality-assuring, and delivering US, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Canadian tax files • Identify and resolve file formatting issues • Serve as a primary client contact through status meetings, client calls, presentations, updates, and client-facing summaries • Use Salesforce, Smartsheet, Excel, proprietary platforms, and shared team trackers to manage deliverables and case activity • Troubleshoot production, data, and processing issues independently • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide accurate year-end processing • Support peak year-end demands from October through February, including extended hours and occasional evenings and weekends

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience working in Client Services • Advanced skills in Customer Success metrics • Experience working directly with enterprise-level clients or partners in regulated industries • Experience with US and Canadian payroll tax forms, including W-2, 1099, PR, T4, and RL-1 • Experience with tax year-end processing, data-heavy client services, client billing, and contract review • Experience leading client training and presentations • Advanced Excel skills, including maintaining complex spreadsheets • Knowledge of Salesforce and Smartsheet
