Descrição

• Own the 11:11 Systems infrastructure MSP relationship, including contracts, statements of work, SLAs, service reviews, escalations and invoices • Define and track operational KPIs covering availability, incident response, change success, backup and recovery testing, and patch currency • Ensure hosting, networking, backup and disaster recovery meet production availability and resilience needs • Review MSP assurance reports and map complementary user entity controls • Select, onboard and manage the corporate IT MSP across end-user support, devices, identity and access, collaboration tools, onboarding and offboarding • Set employee service levels and service catalog; conduct regular service reviews • Lead the exit from Fiserv transition services by August 5, 2027, including supporting data migrations to MPG-owned systems • Partner with the Head of Security on access management, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, change management and vendor risk reviews • Lead infrastructure and IT workstreams for SOC 2 Type 1 readiness and audit for Cash Intelligence and Corporate IT • Develop infrastructure and IT policies and procedures and ensure controls are implemented by the audit date • Build repeatable evidence collection into MSP operating processes • Support auditor selection, readiness assessment, remediation and the audit • Identify and implement practical AI tools and agentic capabilities across infrastructure and corporate IT operations • Use AI-enabled automation to improve service quality, accelerate delivery and maintain lean operations • Champion responsible AI adoption and ensure compliance with AI governance, security, data-handling, legal and regulatory requirements • Own the infrastructure and IT budget, including MSP spend and renewals • Report status, risks and SOC 2 progress to executive leadership • Coordinate matters involving network rules, Regulation E, BSA/AML and bank vendor-oversight obligations with Security, Compliance and Legal • Report to the Chief Information Officer and lead through two MSPs and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years in infrastructure and IT operations, including 5+ years leading the function • Proven management of outsourced infrastructure and IT through MSPs, including contracts, SLAs, KPIs, escalations and commercial negotiation • Hands-on leadership of at least one SOC 2 Type 1 or Type 2, or comparable audit, from readiness through report • Working knowledge of hybrid and cloud hosting, networking, identity and access management, backup and disaster recovery, and endpoint management • Experience in a regulated industry, ideally payments, banking or fintech • Clear communication with executives, auditors and vendors • Experience in a carve-out, spin-off or new company build, including exit from transition services • Experience supporting bank and credit union clients' vendor-oversight reviews as a service provider • Familiarity with ATM networks, card processing or payment switching • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ITIL or cloud platform credentials • Role cannot be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington
