Descrição

• Manage a team of Account Executives (AE's) responsible for managing personal and corporate LinkedIn profiles • Build strategic business relationships and market their business services and brands through their personal profiles. • Engage with clients directly to ensure high quality of work for clients. • Take ownership of your team and ensure they have all necessary tools to fulfil their role. • Collaborate with strategists, content developers, and relationship managers to deliver results.

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven work experience as an Account or Client Manager and/or team lead in either a creative agency or corporate setting • Proven understanding of personal branding, communications, and marketing. • Solid experience with MS Office and Google Apps (particularly Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides) • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. • An understanding of clients’ business objectives. • An understanding of consumer behaviour across various markets and consumer profiles, both locally and internationally. • The ability to think strategically and develop innovative and creative marketing strategies. • Excellent writing proficiency and content creation skills. • Strong analytical skills and a good level of mathematical ability (statistics and numbers). • Strong research and problem-solving skills. • The ability to be adaptable, flexible and have a natural tendency to try new things. • Have an appetite for knowledge and a willingness to learn. • Be organised and manage time diligently. • A Bachelor’s degree, National Diploma in Marketing or relevant field is preferential. • A keen eye for detail. • Self-motivated and dependable. • A strategic mindset • Ability to set and meet deadlines. • Adaptive and proactive. • Respectful and professional. • Consistency and accuracy. • Leadership capabilities.
