• You conduct consultative and discovery conversations with customers (remotely and, when required, on-site) based on clear use cases and decision criteria • You manage and strategically grow existing single-account customers, guiding them toward larger packages and long-term adoption • You work with well-defined lead sources (e.g., inbound, referrals, marketing, outbound initiatives) and own the process from first contact to close • You identify growth opportunities, negotiate offers within the SME framework, and close deals with modest but scalable contract sizes • You actively help build an efficient, repeatable SME sales model and collaborate closely with Customer Support, Marketing, and IT
• Experience in sales with insurance-related products or SaaS products • Strong sales drive: you proactively approach customers, recognize opportunities, and enjoy closing deals • Consultative skills and a good understanding of digital processes • Self-organization and a desire to work independently and take ownership • Energy and enthusiasm for helping to build a new team and structures from the ground up
