Descrição

• Assess and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities. • Meet and exceed forecasted sales goals for finance volume while maintaining consideration for overall company profitability. • Develop, maintain and manage customer relationships and resulting transactions through regular personal visits to growers and dealers/manufacturer sales teams. • Work directly with dealer sales teams by training dealers in DFS procedures and programs and updating the training as procedures and programs change. • Lead the development of customized financing structures that enable dealers to expand market share. • Drive revenue growth by delivering, customer-focused financing solutions aligned to evolving dealer needs. • Serve as a trusted advisor to dealers by structuring financing solutions that support long-term customer success. • Understanding and adhering to all company policy, laws, and regulations applicable to the role. • Exhibiting professional behavior, conscientious about punctuality and attendance, demonstrates strong commitment to customer service and promoting positive working relationships.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business, Marketing, Business Communications or a related/applicable field. • An agricultural background that includes knowledge of farm machinery and/or operations. • Professional background in sales with practical on the job experience of 8+ years. • An understanding of finance and insurance products a plus. • Excellent human relations and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to build and maintain relationships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office Suite. • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
