Descrição

• Manage new contract redlining and negotiation from verbal commitment through signed MSA • Own supporting deal paperwork, including Service Orders, DPAs, BAAs, and addenda • Serve as primary contact for prospect legal and procurement teams during contracting • Maintain accurate deal records in HubSpot through the close process • Flag contract risks and non-standard terms to the VP of Sales • Own the renewal paperwork cycle across 200+ clients • Coordinate with Customer Success on renewal timing, pricing, and term changes • Track renewal pipeline and communicate upcoming deadlines to Customer Success and Sales • Ensure executed renewals are filed and accurately reflected in HubSpot • Support pipeline reporting and forecasting for the VP of Sales and board materials • Build process playbooks, templates, and approval frameworks • Maintain HubSpot data integrity and deal-stage governance • Support quota and compensation modeling as the team expands • Report directly to the VP of Sales • Serve as connective tissue between Sales, Customer Success, and standard terms

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–6 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, legal operations, or contract management at a SaaS company • Direct experience redlining and negotiating SaaS contracts, including MSAs, subscription agreements, and DPAs • Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining relationships • Ability to manage 10–20 active contract threads simultaneously • HubSpot proficiency or equivalent CRM experience • Strong written communication skills • Experience with higher education, nonprofit, or healthcare clients (nice to have) • Exposure to HIPAA contracting and nonprofit/grant-funded purchasing cycles (nice to have) • Experience in a high-growth company where the playbook did not fully exist (nice to have) • Familiarity with revenue operations concepts beyond contracting (nice to have) • Must reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Givzey cannot sponsor visas or hire internationally for this role
