Descrição

• Own end-to-end customer success for Helix's Life Science data licensing business, sponsored testing programs, and clinical development engagements • Build relationships with Delivery/Technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and technical delivery • Develop fluency in Helix products and the Helix Research Network to identify upsell and expansion opportunities • Serve as the voice of the customer and synthesize feedback for product and technical teams • Define and own the Customer Success operating model, processes, cadences, and playbooks for Life Science • Help shape and lead the growing customer-support team through coaching, mentoring, and development • Use AI tools to manage engagements, synthesize customer feedback, and scale team operations • Build senior-level relationships with partner organizations throughout engagements • Represent Customer Success in Life Science leadership and strategy discussions

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years managing strategic partner relationships in biopharma or life sciences related to RWD / data licensing, sponsored research/testing programs, or clinical development • 3+ years of direct people leadership experience • Highly organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent partner engagements and competing priorities • Genuine curiosity about the product, the data, and each partner's business goals • Strong relationship-building skills with external partners and internal cross-functional teams • Ability to work effectively with technical/delivery counterparts without owning the technical parts of the work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools, with concrete examples of using them to drive business outcomes or scale productivity • Bachelor's degree in a life science field or equivalent (listed as a plus)
