Descrição

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during customer engagements • Lead technical discovery workshops to understand business objectives, requirements, workflows, and success criteria • Identify technical challenges, integration requirements, risks, and dependencies • Document customer requirements and translate them into technical recommendations • Design end-to-end solution architectures using HERE APIs, SDKs, platform services, map content, and partner technologies • Create and present architecture diagrams, technical workflows, integration approaches, and solution recommendations • Evaluate solution options and guide customers on technical tradeoffs and best practices • Support architecture reviews and technical decision-making • Lead product demonstrations, technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities • Develop validation plans with objectives, success criteria, and measurable outcomes • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution of blockers • Produce customer-facing architecture documents, validation results, technical recommendations, and implementation guidance • Support strategic account teams, account planning, roadmap discussions, expansion opportunities, and competitive evaluations • Identify integration, data, performance, security, and operational risks and document mitigation plans • Support presales-to-implementation transitions through technical documentation and handoff materials • Represent customer requirements, feedback, and market insights to Product and Engineering • Contribute reusable technical assets, reference architectures, demo content, guides, best practices, and evaluation frameworks • Stay current on HERE products, industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitive solutions

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, Technical Consultant, or Software Engineer • Experience designing and validating enterprise software solutions • Strong understanding of APIs, web services, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures • Experience leading technical discovery, solution design, evaluations, workshops, or proof-of-concept engagements • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success organizations • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting complex customer engagements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, GIS, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience supporting strategic, enterprise, or large-account customers • Experience with location technologies, mapping, GIS, routing, navigation, mobility, logistics, retail, transportation, supply chain, or related industries • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud • Experience integrating APIs, SDKs, or enterprise platforms into customer applications and workflows • Familiarity with data architectures, system integrations, and modern application development practices • Programming or scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar languages • Experience creating technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, workshops, and customer-facing architecture presentations • Experience working with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple functions • Successful completion of a background verification process
