Descrição

• Partner with AEs to design and deliver compelling demos and pilots for enterprise and strategic firms, focusing on new products and AI-enabled audit workflows • Serve as a subject matter expert in workshops and demos to uncover customer pain points and position solutions • Redesign and standardize demo flows across Suralink’s product suite by persona and segment • Maintain high-fidelity demo environments mirroring financial statement tie-outs, audit testing, tax procedures, and AI-assisted workflows • Train AEs and CSMs to run core demos end-to-end • Design structured pilots and proofs of concept with entry criteria, timelines, and success metrics tied to real firm workflows • Translate firm methodology and business-process success criteria into product-use guidance • Drive 60%+ win rates on engaged pilots • Capture and synthesize market feedback, recurring use cases, and friction points to inform the product roadmap • Translate audit, tax, and advisory workflows into messaging, enablement, and content • Partner on value-engineering initiatives connecting the product to customer impact

🎯 Requisitos

• CPA or equivalent audit/accounting background • Approximately 3–7 years in public accounting • Hands-on experience with audit procedures, methodology, documentation, and review • Experience with financial statement tie-outs and supporting workpapers • Experience with testing, sampling, and evidence management • 2–5 years as a Solutions Consultant in B2B SaaS, ideally within accounting, audit, finance, or close-management technology • Experience in a high-growth environment selling into firms or corporate finance/audit teams • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise or strategic deals, including multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Experience participating in or leading an Emerging Technology, Innovation, or Digital Transformation committee or similar body • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for audit analytics, testing, or documentation support • Experience designing and rolling out sales enablement programs for AEs and CSMs • Comfort speaking at customer webinars, training sessions, or industry events as a subject-matter expert in audit, tax, or accounting technology
