Descrição

• Manage, prioritize, and proactively track assigned business opportunities for current and future quarters • Ensure sales deals comply with company policies, procedures, processes, and applicable government specifications • Manage sales transaction approvals in the IFS Approval Request system • Assist and advise Sales with product configurations and pricing proposals • Draft, review, and administer documentation required for sales transactions and approvals • Support Sales on revenue recognition and contractual matters • Liaise with Finance and Legal on sales transactions • Interpret and analyze existing customer contractual documents • Collaborate with Finance, Presales, Legal, Technology Alliances, Partner Managers, Product Managers, and global functions • Interact with external clients and vendors on contract and business matters when necessary • Ensure fiduciary responsibility to IFS • Perform other Deal Desk duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Expertise in software licensing and contracting, including perpetual, subscription, hosting services, and SaaS models • Expertise in Software & Maintenance revenue recognition criteria and regulations, including ASC 606 and IFRS 15 • Good knowledge of ERP software portfolios and solutions; IFS products or related ERP vendors preferred but not required • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Deal Desk • Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently • Good presentation skills and confidence interacting with internal and external customers • Ability to act with tact and discretion • Ability to handle confidential information • Ability to see business use cases from strategic through operational levels • Ability to prepare accurate and concise materials • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities • Curious, eager to learn, and willing to work in a dynamic growth culture
