Descrição

• Manage a defined customer base in the retail and petrol station sectors and acquire new customers within the assigned sales territory • Revenue and target responsibility: achieve established sales targets and increase revenue through effective sales strategies • Drive throughput and expand distribution, ensure cost-effective inventory levels at customer sites, and actively promote sales through targeted promotions • Strengthen brand presence by maintaining, securing, and expanding "Perfect Shelf" concepts on shelves • Advise and influence customers based on market and customer situations regarding sales-driven ordering, product supply, primary and secondary placements, and initiate merchandising and promotional activities • Active selling, particularly as part of KAM promotions, in-store marketing campaigns, and coupon/talon promotions • Efficient route planning based on a defined visitation sequence or customer-specific special tours using CRM software (Salesforce) • Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions; prepare reports and provide regional feedback to your supervisor.

🎯 Requisitos

• EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit required • At least a completed commercial apprenticeship (vocational training) or higher qualification • Several years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods sales • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in customer account management • Independent working style with a high degree of initiative and flexibility • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to work in a team • Analytical thinking • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems • Strong alignment with our company values • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany, including overnight stays • Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English • Driving license class B (car)
