Descrição

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of facilities management and engineering professionals across a distributed US site portfolio • Oversee CMMS administration throughout the region • Oversee facility condition inspections, building systems assessments, and account financial records • Partner with Account Directors on maintenance and repair services, workplace experience programs, succession planning, and client support • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and preferred supplier and contractor utilization • Serve as the primary regional customer interface at client properties • Drive client satisfaction initiatives, monitor service quality, address concerns, and implement continuous improvement • Collaborate with Site Engineering and other teams to optimize asset management and resolve work orders • Contribute to capital budget development and management and support strategic client projects

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management • 2+ years in a director capacity • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience • Knowledge of facilities maintenance and operations, including HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications infrastructure, furniture management, and building energy management systems • Experience managing large facilities maintenance operations and soft services delivery across multiple sites • Experience in vendor management, contract administration, and lease portfolio oversight • Experience in expense management, budget development and monitoring, and financial reporting for facilities operations • Experience in capital planning and executing capital improvement projects • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Organizational, leadership, and team management capabilities, including mentoring and talent development • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: experience managing corporate and manufacturing environments • Preferred: experience managing subtenant relationships and complex lease portfolios • Preferred: advanced data analysis and data-driven operations improvement • Preferred: familiarity with lease management systems and processes • Preferred: FMP, CFM, or similar professional certification • Preferred: enterprise-level CMMS experience and system optimization • Preferred: track record of exceeding KPIs in multi-site facilities management
