Descrição

• Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts • Leverage technical product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and support customer applications • Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations and proposals using established sales processes • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue and growth targets • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity • Generating and converting leads into long-term customer relationships through ongoing follow up • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Collaborate with internal teams (Inside Sales and Technical Support) to resolve customer issues and ensure timely responses • Deliver product presentations, Lunch & Learns, and customer visits to promote offerings • Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, and sales activity tracking

🎯 Requisitos

• College diploma in a related field • 3-6 years of experience in technical sales or account management • Strong understanding of technical sales principles and territory management • Experience preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and sales tracking tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast paced environment • Bilingual (English and French) (required for Quebec region) • Experience in industrial, mechanical, or technical product sales
