Descrição

• Build the recruiting function from the ground up, including the team, employer brand, talent pipelines, and processes • Create a coordinated recruiting engine across the Network • Build consistent approaches to sourcing, candidate experience, recruiting technology, and employer brand • Communicate the Network’s proposition of clinical excellence, doctor ownership, local hospital cultures, development opportunities, and organizational resources • Develop relationships with veterinary schools, technician programs, internships, residencies, specialty communities, professional associations, and conferences • Create career days, hospital visits, tours, and other talent-engagement opportunities • Develop compensation benchmarks, talent-market insights, and recruiting data for hospital leaders • Build long-term talent communities and pipelines ahead of open requisitions • Work with hospital leaders, doctors, and local HR teams to build shared recruiting capabilities while preserving local decision-making • Use technology, AI, communications, and regular touchpoints to cultivate durable candidate relationships

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience building or significantly improving a recruiting function, sourcing model, or talent pipeline across multiple locations, ideally from a fragmented, outsourced, or reactive starting point • Experience recruiting hard-to-find, credentialed, or similarly specialized talent in scarce markets • Ability to build relationships and pipelines for specialized professional talent • Understanding of employer brand as part of recruiting and ability to translate an employee proposition into a compelling candidate-facing story • Comfort using recruiting technology, AI, CRM, and communication tools to segment talent communities and maintain thoughtful touchpoints • Experience building partnerships with schools, residency and training programs, conferences, and professional communities • Ability to use market and compensation insights to support competitive decisions across different markets and specialties • Ability to balance urgency with candidate experience, culture, and practice fit • Regular travel is expected • Veterinary experience is highly relevant, particularly specialty or emergency care; experience with physicians, dentists, allied health professionals, or other specialized talent is also relevant
