• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Expert-level working knowledge of the Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing landscape with 5+ years of experience required. • Passion for the creator economy and connecting marketers and creators • Proven track record of success in influencer strategy creation and delivery for enterprise-grade B2C consumer brands. • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills. • Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. • Strategic and creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a results-oriented approach. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration software (GSuite, Slack, Zoom) is required. • Proficiency in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and Affiliate Marketing software is required. • Proficiency in paid social advertising is a plus.
