Descrição

• Acquisition and advisory of new customers in review management and online reputation based on existing leads • Selling solutions for managing, analyzing and optimizing online reviews • Advising companies on the strategic use of reviews as drivers of trust and revenue • Positioning complementary services in PR, content and reputation building • Negotiating with decision-makers at mid-sized companies on an equal footing • Expanding and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Close collaboration with internal teams (Inside Sales, Account and Project Management) • Regular reporting on sales activities and closed deals

🎯 Requisitos

• Several years of experience in B2B sales of consultative services • Ideally experience in reputation management, reviews, PR or content marketing • Ability to explain complex offerings clearly, with a focus on benefits and persuasion • Strong communication skills and a confident presence when engaging with decision-makers • Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently • Structured approach and strong closing skills
