Descrição

• The Regional Business Director (RBD) drives sales growth by recruiting, training, and motivating a world-class sales channel. • This role aligns distributor goals with Acumed’s strategic plan, partners with distributors to understand business development needs, and supports sales activity for major accounts. • The RBD tracks progress to goals, manages equipment and materials, and ensures compliance with company policies. • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue in assigned territory. • Recruit and manage high-performing sales groups aligned with growth and product objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons, customers, and distributors. • Forecast and report sales revenue and KPIs; drive accountability to quotas and implement corrective actions when needed. • Oversee inventory use and deployment in the field per company policy. • Partner with National Accounts on contracting and pricing for hospitals and major accounts. • Conduct regular business reviews with selling entities; create and manage strategic plans by Business Unit. • Identify market trends and competitor activity; seek new growth opportunities. • Support field sales training needs; participate in sales meetings, conventions, and industry events. • Travel weekly (flying and driving) as required.

🎯 Requisitos

• BA/BS in Business or related field required; MBA preferred. • 10+ years in medical products/devices (5+ years managing independent agents/distributors and direct sales teams). • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and business practices. • Excellent relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. • Proven ability to handle product questions and surgical use of devices. • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and business development principles. • Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. • Strong analytical and leadership abilities; works well independently and collaboratively.
