• Achieving bookings and revenue targets for MCA’s Data, Analytics, Automation, and AI services. • Drive new and existing client growth by identifying high-value business problems and building solution roadmaps. • Managing the entire sales lifecycle and driving revenue by prospecting and developing new business with clients. • Work collaboratively with Microsoft to drive pipeline through strategic relationships and adding value. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges. • Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft and MCA Connect offerings and tailor communications to clients. • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to position MCA Connect as a thought leader. • Lead a complex sales process that requires organization, attention to detail, and creative problem solving. • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams for seamless client transition from sales to implementation. • Achieve and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals and performance metrics.
• Experienced Solution Seller with 5+ years’ data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years data and/or analytics sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education and experience • Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships. • Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results. • Experience selling public cloud-based Data, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services. • Experience with Azure Cloud Platform • Experience selling Analytics / Data Products and Services • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or similar technologies preferred
