Descrição

• Full sales cycle: initial meeting, needs analysis, demo, workshop, proposal, closing, handover to CSM • Software demos remotely and on-site at the customer's location when required • Communication with C-level decision-makers • Relationship and network management, plus participation in events and trade shows • CRM maintenance in HubSpot and use of AI-enabled sales tools

🎯 Requisitos

• Confident presence at C-level – non-negotiable • Experience in B2B software sales – ERP knowledge (sales experience or user experience) is an advantage • Rapid onboarding into industry-agnostic processes and business models • Consultative mindset: you pursue the right solution, not just a quick deal • Proactive work style: you pick up the phone rather than sending an email • Affinity for AI tools in sales, or a clear willingness to adopt them • Digital native • Native-level German; English skills are a plus
