Descrição

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients • Act as the primary contact to understand clients' business objectives and align advertising solutions • Partner with internal creative, strategy, and media teams for campaign execution • Monitor performance metrics and proactively address issues • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, providing training or support • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on clients’ evolving needs • Deliver regular campaign performance reports and insights • Represent the voice of the client internally for product development • Drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention through value delivery

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field • 6-8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles in the advertising or marketing industry • Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video and native formats • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable strategies • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana) • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working at an advertising agency or media company; Knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs); Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments; Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale ad campaigns; Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models.
