Descrição

• Design and implement the organization’s overall recruiting strategy • Ensure staffing needs are met while maintaining a long-term talent strategy • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications • Conduct market research and compensation analysis to determine competitive salary ranges • Design interview questions for each position • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and employer-branding initiatives • Source and screen applicants • Schedule and conduct interviews • Coordinate references, background checks, pre-employment screening, and employment offers • Mentor and train management and hiring managers on interviewing, recruiting, methods, and tools • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs • Collaborate with management to determine candidate selection criteria • Maintain expertise in recruitment and retention trends and best practices • Plan screening calls, assessments, and interview procedures • Assess candidates’ CVs, portfolios, and references • Participate in selection processes and advise hiring managers • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events • Produce analytical, documented recruiting reports for stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar relevant field or equivalent work experience • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar in a high-volume environment • Experience in warehousing, supply chain, and/or industrial manufacturing fields preferred • MS Office application and Excel skills • HRCI or SHRM certification preferred • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks like LinkedIn • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, various interview techniques, and evaluation methods • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) • Expertise with the ADP ATS preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong decision-making skills • Self-directed and detail-oriented with ability to analyze and interpret data • Ability to multitask and serve multiple internal clients simultaneously • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including prolonged stationary/upright work, stairs, reaching, squatting, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and moving objects up to 20 pounds • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
