Descrição

• Own the daily health of online orders from arrival in ShipHero through shipment • Monitor order pacing against daily volume and flag delays early • Prioritize oldest and most urgent orders for shipment • Ensure orders are correctly statused, allocated, and visible to the appropriate team • Monitor ShipHero order statuses, queues, batches, and workflow settings • Troubleshoot automation rules, reprocess orders, and investigate incorrect order routing • Identify warning patterns such as missing shipping methods, allocation failures, and inventory movement needs • Pull ShipHero reports on aging, blocked, and shipped orders • Escalate issues requiring floor-team action, including low inventory and product movement into pickable locations • Suggest process improvements to increase operational efficiency

🎯 Requisitos

• Hands-on ShipHero experience required • 2–4 years in e-commerce fulfillment, WMS administration, or 3PL operations • Systems-thinking approach to identify related order and workflow failures • Calm under pressure during peak days and product launches • Proactive problem-solving mindset • Strong spoken and written English • Clear, proactive communication, including live escalation of urgent issues • Comfortable working hours overlapping with the Los Angeles warehouse day • Nice-to-have: Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Faire and their order flows into a WMS • Nice-to-have: Experience working with or inside a 3PL • Nice-to-have: Bilingual English/Spanish
