• Identify and pursue new fleet opportunities within target markets. • Generate qualified leads and build a robust pipeline of new business prospects. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to customer implementation. • Consistently meet and exceed new business and total revenue targets. • Represent neoRide and Neology at industry events, forums, and trade shows. • Provide actionable insights to the Product team to enhance neoRide offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or fleet sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline. • Experience in mobility, tolling, EV, or transportation technology sectors preferred. • Self-starter with a startup mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinker with strong adaptability to evolving customer and market needs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
