Descrição

• Functionally manage, lead, and execute all sales-related activities for the Costco business • Support Nestlé and customer systems, including Osprey • Develop strategic relationships within Nestlé and Costco for inline and .com success • Drive retailer-specific wins, including displays, distribution gains, and ACV enhancement • Collaborate with Customer Strategy, Finance, Customer Service, shopper, and digital teams • Understand and translate Costco’s go-to-market, category management, and e-commerce strategies • Deliver budget plans and new product distribution goals • Execute brand and category growth strategies aligned with Costco • Identify growth opportunities and develop written sales plans • Manage relationships with Costco buyers, assistant buyers, and regional buying teams • Educate business partners on products, retail goals, and success measurement • Build customer presentations covering innovation, shelf positioning, promotions, and pricing • Manage UPC setup, item maintenance, logistics, and inventory • Sell in new products and promotions • Manage Trade Investment Management in Osprey, trade funds, sales forecasting, and projections • Support Costco’s depot distribution model through forecasting, inventory flow, and replenishment planning • Produce monthly reporting, sales analytics, and insights • Evaluate SKU productivity and recommend pack, pricing, or promotional adjustments • Manage P&L within the assigned account coverage • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred • 5+ years’ experience preferred • Minimum 2 years managing large customers desired • Sales experience in the Grocery, Drug and/or Mass retail channels required • Understanding of Costco and the Club channel required • Experience in consumer goods and vitamins and supplements highly preferred • Experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and effective pricing and promotional activities • Knowledge of project management and experience setting up and managing projects in a complex, fast-moving environment • Knowledge of relationship management and experience working with partners to build initiatives that deliver on goals • Strong cross-functional relationships with assigned accounts • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to manage multiple priorities and brands/categories • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Ability to multitask and follow up when responses are needed • Deep understanding of the assigned customer and demand creation plans • Problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset • Dynamic leadership and ability to overcome obstacles and objections • Ability to synthesize data quickly • P&L management and strong financial acumen • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
