• Conduct Outbound Prospecting: Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io to identify and target existing customers upsell and cross-sell growth potential. • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster consultative partnerships for the long term. • Identify Sales Opportunities: Analyze customer business needs, vertical, and technical challenges to uncover sales opportunities. • Grow Book of Business: Oversee a portfolio of existing customers, uncover new sales opportunities, increase product adoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost. • Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process for Bluehost services, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management. • Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and monthly sales targets. • Resolve Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems within our support scope. • Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrating exceptional communication. • Close Sales with Integrity: Apply robust sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales ethically. • Demonstrate Commitment to Success: Show a strong commitment to consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals. • Communicate Persuasively: Excel in both verbal and written communication, influencing and engaging stakeholders. • Support SMBs: Demonstrate a deep passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.
