• Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities • Student Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate student records (enrollment, attendance, grades) while ensuring full compliance with state/federal regulations including FERPA • Enrollment Operations: Coordinate seamless student enrollment and registration processes, including new enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals • Data Management & Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for internal and external needs while preparing documentation for state and district audits
• Communication Expert: Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders • Problem-Solver: Leads with solution-oriented thinking and welcomes creative, out-of-the-box approaches • Collaboration Champion: Works independently while seamlessly collaborating with cross-functional teams • Education Advocate: Strong understanding that every child is unique and benefits from individualized learning • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, student information systems, and Google Workspace tools • Detail-Oriented: Experience with educational regulations, compliance requirements, and data management • Ownership Mindset: Handles nuance with extreme ownership and accountability
