Descrição

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer executives, product owners, and others within a geographic territory • Coordinate, develop, and deliver quarterly business reviews to demonstrate progress, value, and growth potential • Maintain positive geographic territory net revenue retention • Serve as the subject matter expert on the PatientIQ platform • Help customers leverage PatientIQ resources, best practices, and processes to achieve their goals • Work cross-functionally with implementations, product, and engineering teams • Provide customer feedback to inform the product roadmap and development strategy • Maintain and regularly update PatientIQ product documentation and internal wikis • Support sales operations and identify opportunities to grow offerings and solve new customer problems • Support and facilitate customer renewals, amendments, and new product opportunities with the sales team

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in a related field • 6+ years in account management or customer success management • At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare, health-tech, or the medical industry • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress regularly, and meet established deadlines • Solid technical aptitude for email, calendaring, and shared documents • Collaborative mindset to work effectively across internal teams • Ability to travel at least 25% annually • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • Nice to have: experience with a CRM and tools for tracking customer communication, knowledge management, and support tickets • Nice to have: experience leveraging AI-powered tools such as generative AI, analytics, automation, or predictive insights • Nice to have: familiarity with AI-driven analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence tools • Nice to have: basic understanding of SQL and interacting with production software databases
