Descrição

• Lead strategic and operational projects across U.S. I&I • Advance organizational effectiveness in the selling environment • Serve as operational lead and thought partner for cross-functional stakeholders • Identify, prioritize, track, and resolve operational needs from across the I&I business • Lead cross-functional meeting planning and execution for key meetings • Champion AI-enabled and digital ways of working to streamline processes • Manage I&I and cross-BU communications and the DOE network • Partner with the SC CEP Field Enablement Team to share best practices • Proactively surface innovative solutions to simplify processes

🎯 Requisitos

• BA/BS degree • 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales/marketing experience • U.S. field sales experience with Pfizer Inc. • Area Business Manager (ABM) experience • Working knowledge of Veeva, Pfizer Align, and Centris • Dermatology therapeutic area experience a plus. • Experience leading projects regionally or nationally, with demonstrated leadership across peer and manager groups. • Experience applying AI tools to maximize productivity. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
