Descrição

• Promote Pfizer’s Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels • Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships • Understand and secure formulary access • Develop and implement business and territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies • Build customer relationships and maintain engagement using digital tools • Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge using approved information and patient resources • Identify barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail and other business channels • Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management and other cross-functional colleagues • Complete administrative activities, including customer call entries, expense submissions and responses to internal requests

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity; small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience; marketing, customer service and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles; educator experience; or full-time military experience • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • No DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years • At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing experience preferred • Prior vaccines experience strongly preferred • Experience with vaccines therapeutic area and products preferred • Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • Permanent work authorization in the United States required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is unavailable • Strong product and disease state knowledge • Sales, strategic business development and account management skills • Customer, market and business acumen • Digital and virtual tools/multi-platform skills • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets preferred
