Descrição

• Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers • Own and develop the territory like a business • Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities • Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships • Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory • Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners • Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth • Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events • Build top-tier relationships and win large accounts • Land and scale large, long-term accounts across the Wisconsin market

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven sleep industry sales experience • Experience in CPAP/DME sales, home sleep testing, sleep diagnostics, pulmonary sales, sleep therapy, respiratory/DME leadership, or other Sleep Provider industry products or services • Existing sleep medicine relationships • Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups • History of building business, not simply maintaining accounts • Strong field presence and executive communication skills • High urgency and competitive drive • Ability to operate independently while building strategic partnerships • Ability to live anywhere within the Wisconsin territory
