• Manage outreach to warm inbound leads while monitoring inbound call queues • Actively manage and prioritize an individual lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up, accurate qualification, and consistent progression of prospects through the sales process • Establish rapport with prospective clients through professional and empathetic communication • Present REE Medical’s services and value proposition clearly and compliantly • Conduct accurate evaluations of disability severity using REE tools • Address objections while maintaining urgency • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM • Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements • Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate invoice processing • Participate in coaching and training activities
• 3+ years of inside or B2C sales experience • CRM experience (Salesforce) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfort with phone-based work • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools • High school diploma or equivalent • Medical, healthcare, or VA-related sales experience (preferred) • Veteran community experience (preferred) • Startup or early-stage company experience (preferred) • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
