Descrição

• Lead sourcing and pipeline development for Optometrist (OD) opportunities across ReFocus practices • Support candidate sourcing for priority physician opportunities and ophthalmology specialties, including retina and comprehensive ophthalmology • Identify and engage active and passive candidates through recruiting platforms, direct outreach, referrals, and school/training program partnerships • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, interests, geographic preferences, and overall fit • Support candidates through sourcing and interview stages, escalating offer-related discussions and closing activities to Physician Recruitment leadership • Coordinate interviews, practice visits, and candidate follow-up • Partner with Physician Recruitment leadership and internal stakeholders to understand provider hiring needs and sourcing priorities • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, sourcing activity, recruiting metrics, and ATS information • Support recruiting events, conferences, residency/fellowship programs, and optometry school engagement • Build relationships with optometry schools, training programs, and other sources of provider talent • Represent ReFocus at select recruiting and industry events as directed by Physician Recruitment leadership • Travel approximately 15–20% as needed

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience; healthcare experience preferred • Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously • Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, PracticeMatch, PracticeLink, or Doximity preferred • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%
