• Reach out to 50 passive candidates every day. • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. • Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. • Advise hiring managers on best practices and provide market insights. • Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers, ensuring 100% compliance with QA standards. • Track and report KPIs

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience sourcing and recruiting Latin American talent for US companies. • Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). • Interviewing: Expertise in structured behavioral interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills. • Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with clear, professional communication skills. • Deep understanding of marketing roles. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and report KPIs
