Descrição

• Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs. • Support internal project processing and timely submission of program data to implementation partners. • Maintain program project calendar and coordinate milestone deadlines with relevant stakeholders. • Establish and maintain a professional customer and contractor rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions. • Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings. • Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure program participants, contractors, and team leadership have the information necessary to communicate project status and reprioritize as necessary. • Be familiar with program guidelines and effectively communicate with contractors and participants to ensure projects meet program requirements. • Coordinate the submission and review of relevant program documentation, including baseline and efficient equipment specification sheets and calculations. • Maintain quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requisitos

• BA or BS degree is preferred, preferably in a field focused on energy, technology, policy, research, and/or sustainability. Advanced degrees are a plus. • Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably within the energy efficiency industry, construction management, or sustainability. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-dependent tasks • Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiative and creativity • Problem-solving focus • Ability to collaborate well at all levels within an organization • Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills • Proficient in MS office suite • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. • Salesforce or other CRM platform experience preferred • An understanding of building energy systems preferred • Experience working with HVAC contractors, engineers or other technical personnel
