• responsible for account management activities during and after the sale • respond to customer requests and inquiries regarding work • resolve issues that may arise during production • keep sales team informed of customer project status • analyze reports and data to identify revenue and cost containment opportunities • assist in the implementation and execution of products and services • consult with customers to develop improved solutions • develop and prepare sales product presentations

🎯 Requisitos

• minimum 3 years promotional products experience • understanding of trends, top suppliers, and overseas sourcing process • highly skilled in project management • promo campaign ideation, quoting, creative input • ability to travel for client meetings and presentations • daily check-in with customers, sales, and manager • maintain post-sale contact with customers • serve as the primary contact for assigned customers • enhance the company's position and reputation • manage customer inquiries regarding orders • provide tactical support to sales and management • prepare RFPs and RFQs and sales collateral • maintain accurate customer files and account history • prepare and submit sales reports
