Descrição

• Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, research, and targeted outreach across enterprise accounts • Support the early stages of the sales cycle, including lead qualification, discovery, and nurturing opportunities through to handover or progression • Execute and continuously improve prospecting and lead generation campaigns, leveraging tools such as Outreach and other sales engagement platforms • Manage a dynamic pipeline of opportunities, effectively prioritizing and re-prioritizing activities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Collaborate closely with internal teams (TrainAI Solutions, Marketing, Sales, and Production) to shape solutions, proposals, and go-to-market approaches • Maintain accurate tracking of activities, pipeline, and engagement within Salesforce CRM • Engage with prospects across a global territory, including coordination with North America and Europe stakeholders • Contribute to building and refining sales processes, messaging, and ways of working in a developing and sometimes unstructured environment • Develop a strong understanding of RWS services, AI/data solutions, and market positioning to effectively support business development efforts • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, development, and skill-building, with a focus on growing into a more advanced sales role over time

🎯 Requisitos

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (e.g., SDR, BDR, or early-stage sales roles) • Experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation • Background in technology, language services, AI/data services, or related industries is preferred • Strong learning agility, resilience, and motivation to grow into a more senior commercial role • Ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach) • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to team success • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an asset • Self-starter with a high level of ownership, curiosity, and drive to prove and develop capabilities
