Descrição

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from workforce planning and intake through sourcing, assessment, offer, and close across all functions and geographies • Partner with the CPO and executive leadership to translate hiring plans and headcount forecasts into recruiting strategies • Build and improve a scalable talent acquisition function, including processes, playbooks, and infrastructure • Establish and track recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness • Personally lead searches for business-critical, senior, and executive roles • Develop proactive sourcing strategies, passive candidate outreach, and market mapping • Manage efficient interview and selection processes while maintaining quality and fit • Ensure timely and thoughtful candidate communication throughout the process • Advise hiring managers and executives on market realities, role design, leveling, and compensation • Coach managers on structured interviews and timely hiring decisions • Anticipate workforce needs and align with the People function on onboarding handoff • Champion Sapio’s employer brand within life sciences and scientific software • Design a personable, respectful, high-touch candidate experience • Own, administer, and optimize Lever as the recruiting system of record • Improve recruiting workflows, automation, playbooks, pipelines, stages, templates, and integrations • Use data and market insight to improve time-to-fill, cost, and quality of hire • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and equitable hiring practices across operating regions

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including senior and executive-level recruiting, with time spent in a high-growth environment • Prior experience building or scaling a talent acquisition function, ideally within SaaS or life sciences • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing an ATS; Lever strongly preferred • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, including the US and international markets • Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and supporting board- or PE-facing hiring priorities preferred • Ability to design recruiting strategy and personally execute critical searches • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills • Excellent organization and prioritization skills for managing a high-volume, high-complexity requisition load • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Lever or comparable ATS platforms and recruiting analytics • Process-improvement orientation • Sound judgment on talent, leveling, and compensation • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with commitment to candidate and hiring-manager experience
