Descrição

• Build relationships with potential Financial Services partners using a consultative approach to understand challenges and present tailored solutions • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across prospective and existing partner organizations • Articulate the value of the Signifyd platform to operational teams and senior leadership • Develop understanding of payments, e-commerce, and fraud prevention, including the underlying technology • Represent Signifyd at industry events, partner meetings, and client meetings • Connect business development and technical teams by translating client needs into actionable requirements and technical concepts into business value • Serve as primary internal project manager for active client engagements, coordinating Product, Engineering, Legal, and Business Development • Hold internal teams accountable to timelines, flag risks, and drive resolution when deliverables are at risk • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate product roadmap timelines and incorporate client deadlines into internal planning • Navigate legal and contracting processes to ensure agreements are executed timely and partnership launches are not delayed

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B financial services, e-commerce, payments, risk, or fraud — or a related solutions, sales support, or technical implementation role • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple internal stakeholders, competing priorities, and hard external deadlines • Experience working alongside or within Product and Engineering teams, with an understanding of how product development cycles work and how to advocate for external commitments within internal planning processes • Familiarity with legal contracting processes in a B2B context • Comfort operating at the intersection of business and technology; ability to hold substantive conversations with engineers and translate technical context for business audiences • Experience scoping technical requirements, from initial discovery through integration planning • Strong analytical thinking with an ability to turn data into a compelling story • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders • Natural problem-solver who is resourceful and comfortable working with autonomy • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
