• Proven B2B Sales Success • Demonstrated experience in new business development, ideally within mobility services, vehicle rental, leasing, or the automotive sector. • Hunter Mentality • Confident generating, managing, and closing your own leads with minimal supervision. • Structured & Agile Sales Approach • Able to plan strategically while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. • Self-Motivated & Energetic • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with a genuine drive to exceed targets. • Strong Communicator & Negotiator • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and commercial negotiation skills. • Tech-Savvy • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred, but not essential.
