Descrição

• Support Diversey cleaning and sanitation programs and deliver an exceptional customer experience • Build and maintain relationships with customer end users, supervisors, and managers • Adhere to EHS policies, procedures, and best practices • Install chemical dispensing systems and equipment according to SOPs • Conduct routine site visits to monitor program performance and customer satisfaction • Maintain customer equipment and perform repairs on leased dish machines and other equipment • Train customers on equipment operation, cleaning procedures, product usage, and SDS • Monitor on-site inventory and support order placement and program compliance • Identify customer concerns, resolve issues, and capture feedback • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system performance issues • Maintain inventory in company vehicles and storage areas • Complete service, installation, survey, and routine visit reports in Salesforce FSL and customer reporting systems • Submit timesheets, follow up on part and equipment orders, document consumption, and plan weekly visits with the manager

🎯 Requisitos

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 1 year of field service experience, including industrial equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting • Minimum 1 year of experience selling cleaning solutions or equipment to hospitality or food service clients • Flexibility to support emergency business needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps, and mobile applications • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to drive long distances as needed • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and perform precision tasks in confined or limited spaces • Safe and effective use of hand and power tools • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude • Proven plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills • Professional demeanor, self-motivation, and ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities • Ability to collaborate across functions and departments • Salesforce FSL experience preferred • Understanding of food safety requirements and NEHA/CPFS or Serve Safe certifications preferred
