• Lead sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics • Deliver revenue goals by executing brand objectives, communicating approved clinical information, planning accounts, and collaborating with the commercial team • Appropriately promote rare disease products in accordance with company and industry guidelines • Maintain expert knowledge of company policies, compliance requirements, business conduct, and ethical business practices • Own overall territory revenue and customer support • Identify customer needs and provide solutions in live and virtual settings and within community and academic settings • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, physician practices, hospitals, clinics, practice managers, and major cancer centers • Develop deep market, customer, product, and competitive insights and adapt strategically to the changing healthcare landscape • Complete ongoing training and development in product knowledge, selling skills, planning, analysis, marketing tools, clinical information, and sales competencies • Identify and enact ways to put patients and customers first and improve delivery of medicines to patients • Review data, understand trends, prepare and communicate plans, and use digital platforms and omnichannel strategies • Participate in field coaching sessions focused on account-plan execution and competency development • Coordinate communication and tactics with field and headquarters colleagues • Support local and area KOLs
• Bachelor’s degree required (Advanced degree preferred) • 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience required • 5+ years proven Rare Disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry with demonstration of successful results • Neurology experience– pediatric and adult experience • Oncology experience • Experience selling in a competitive market • Experience in Rare Disease sales • Experience with virtual selling and track record of embracing technology • In-depth understanding of the Neurology/Oncology landscape and market dynamics is highly desirable • Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care knowledge • A valid and active driver’s license • Candidate must live within the identified territory • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication both written and verbal • Position may require domestic travel up to 50% of time
