Descrição

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for clients throughout the life of a deal • Quarterback pre-closing solicitation, payment, and escrow transactions from kickoff through closing and post-closing administration • Coordinate in real time across clients, Operations, Relationship Associates, and other internal support teams • Develop and maintain deep product and systems knowledge to guide clients on process and mechanics • Onboard new clients and set expectations for payment and escrow processes • Negotiate payment and escrow agreements, seeking legal support as needed • Direct and mentor Relationship Associates assigned to active deals • Ensure collection of KYC account opening forms and coordinate with the internal KYC team • Review and finalize forms and documents to be solicited from shareholders • Field and generate inquiries from transaction counsel, corporate principals, and other transaction facilitators • Review payment spreadsheets for tax characterizations, wire instructions, and other required details before authorizing solicitation • Coordinate with Operations on solicitation, payment details, and tax reporting questions • Own resolution of mid-transaction issues and proactively manage client and internal-team expectations • Participate in client visits and support new business development • Support market research, lead generation, and database maintenance for trend and metric analysis

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in M&A, banking, law and/or finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Graduate or legal degree preferred • General understanding of payment processes, including know-your-customer requirements and ACH/wire payment processes • Understanding of the M&A environment and key buyer and seller market segments • Ability to understand, communicate, and explain product and service benefits and value • Strong knowledge of M&A and ability to quickly review and understand complex legal documents • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple dynamic issues simultaneously • Flexible availability; evenings and weekends are rare but occasionally required • Highly responsive and willing to check emails beyond standard work hours, including weekends • Ability to meet demanding deadlines and solve unexpected problems • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • FINRA Series 6/7 is a bonus
