Descrição

• Lead the development and execution of integrated national marketing campaigns aligned with the capital funnel strategy, including digital engagement, advertising, executive-focused content, and high-impact customer experiences • Develop economic value tools and resources, including ROI calculators, business case templates, and health economic materials demonstrating the institutional value and impact of Mako technologies • Establish and cultivate a network of executive reference sites and administrative faculty for peer-to-peer engagement, customer programs, and executive advocacy • Partner with Sales, GAMA & Health Economics, Medical Education, Commercial Excellence, and downstream marketing teams on an integrated go-to-market approach • Develop strategies and programs influencing hospital investment decisions and supporting the broader capital sales strategy • Drive initiatives accelerating adoption and growth of the Mako portfolio • Translate complex clinical, economic, and business insights into marketing strategies and customer-facing content for hospital executives and key decision-makers

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 10 years of work experience • Minimum 2 years of people management experience • Minimum 7 years in the medical device industry (preferred) • Demonstrated marketing experience within the healthcare/medical device industry (preferred) • Experience engaging with and selling to C-suite and executive-level stakeholders (highly preferred)
