Descrição

• Own the client experience across the end-to-end onboarding process for new and renewing clients • Partner with Sales during RFP processes to understand client benefit plans and administrative capabilities • Convey feasibility and benefit-design impacts to clients • Create and present implementation calendars for finalist meetings • Present implementation plans to clients, brokers, and Sales partners • Obtain critical information for account setup • Lead implementation meetings, including possible in-person client meetings • Coordinate and deliver implementation documents and obtain client sign-off • Introduce technical experts to clients and coordinate with internal matrix partners • Lead ongoing implementation meetings to review progress and risks • Coordinate issue resolution and own implementation outcomes • Assess requested plan-design feasibility with the benefits team • Coordinate subject-matter experts and downstream teams for benefit builds, eligibility, ID cards, billing, banking, and scheduling • Communicate implementation status, negotiate and resolve issues, and communicate outcomes and next steps to Sales and matrix partners

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, business communication, marketing, or another appropriate professional degree, or equivalent work experience • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, account management, account services, sales, or another area requiring significant client interaction and problem-solving • Ability to establish matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations • Negotiation skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, and conflict management skills • Strong understanding of customer expectations and sense of urgency • Strong analytical ability and ability to design, track, and work toward measurable performance targets • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and proactively • Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and tracking systems • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills • Excellent presentation skills • Three to five years of experience delivering customer/producer communications • Demonstrated negotiation, influencing, leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel 10% to 20% domestically • Fully vaccinated to travel and meet position requirements • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
