Descrição

• Own the client experience across the end-to-end onboarding process for new and renewing clients • Partner with Sales Executives during RFP processes to understand client intent, benefit plans, and administrative capabilities • Convey implementation feasibility and benefit-design impacts to clients • Create and present implementation calendars for finalist meetings • Present implementation plans to clients, brokers, and Sales partners • Obtain critical information for account setup from Sales, field sales support, and clients • Lead implementation meetings with clients and develop implementation calendars with matrix-partner deliverables • Coordinate implementation documents and obtain client sign-off • Introduce technical experts to clients and coordinate with internal matrix partners • Lead ongoing implementation meetings to review progress and risks and coordinate issue resolution • Partner with benefits teams to assess plan-design feasibility and execute client plan interpretations and Cigna service-administration capabilities • Coordinate subject-matter experts and downstream teams for benefit build, structure build, work-order build, eligibility, ID cards, billing, banking, and scheduling • Communicate implementation status to clients and internal/external partners • Surface, negotiate, and resolve implementation, process, plan-design, and deliverable-timing issues • Communicate outcomes and next steps with Sales and matrix partners

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, business communication, marketing, or another appropriate professional degree, or equivalent work experience • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, account management, account services, sales, or other areas requiring significant client interaction • Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution • Ability to establish matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations • Negotiation, ambiguity management, and conflict-management skills • Understanding of customer expectations and sense of urgency • Strong analytical ability and ability to work toward measurable performance targets • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and proactively • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills • Excellent presentation skills • Three to five years of experience delivering customer/producer communications • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing abilities • Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel 10%–20% domestically • Must be fully vaccinated to travel and meet position requirements • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
