Descrição

• Design & Build: Develop, test, and deploy scalable Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, and Web Services. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Security to translate business needs into robust technical designs and data mappings. • End-to-End Ownership: Lead integrations through their full lifecycle—from initial discovery and architecture through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. • Operational Excellence: Manage the integration service queue, driving root-cause analysis on production failures to continuously reduce technical debt and manual fixes. • Health & Governance: Enhance alerting, logging, error handling, and release testing (including Workday biannual updates) to proactively catch issues before they impact business operations. • Technical Leadership: Create clear documentation (runbooks, integration specs, data flow diagrams) and mentor peers on integration standards and best practices.

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting Workday integrations in a complex enterprise environment. • Core Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, Workday Web Services, RaaS, calculated fields, and custom reporting. • Data Protocols & Formats: Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, XPath, SFTP, and HTTPS. • Security & Auth Standards: Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL/TLS, and PGP encryption. • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of troubleshooting production integrations via ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow. • Domain Context: Solid understanding of core HR functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Attendance).
