Descrição

• Lead an international team of specialists focused on consultative sales engagement, consumer acquisition, and solution innovation. • Define and execute the strategic direction of the specialist sales function, partner with senior leaders across product, marketing, and regional teams. • Ensure alignment with enterprise and international goals.

🎯 Requisitos

• 12+ years of experience in consumer-focused digital products, D2C sales, or subscription-based services, with a track record of leading global sales, strategy, or product initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. • Willingness to travel internationally as needed. • Proven success building and scaling high-performing specialist sales teams while driving enterprise-level growth and measurable results. • Deep expertise in consumer acquisition, digital engagement strategies, and international market dynamics, with experience launching solutions across multiple regions. • Strong consultative selling and executive presence, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and drive cross-functional alignment. • Strategic, data-driven leader with excellent communication and storytelling skills; familiarity with digital identity, data privacy regulations, and consumer protection frameworks preferred.
